I began building businesses before I understood what that even meant. I crafted, created, and grew the power of personal storytelling through marketing and branding.

eventually, when all my energy was given elsewhere I decided I needed to reclaim and scale in a more long-term way.

I started subconsciouslyshay as a new way to explore the more mystical sides of my practice and what I brought to companies.

I've always brought witchcraft into the companies I've worked with, I just didn't understand how to explain that before.

now, I do.
